David as been appointed by U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein to be the Discovery Master in a complex international trademark dispute concerning the rights to the Stolichnaya mark. According to the Order, he will handle all aspects of the discovery process, including setting discovery deadlines and deciding discovery disputes, subject to the parties’ rights to object to the Discovery Master’s determinations pursuant to Rule 53(f).
